'Tis the Season to be Jolly~

As we take a walk down Orchard Road, it's inevitable to notice the decorations all round, huge christmas trees, Christmas jingles being played by the various shopping centres, carols and even those fast food restaurant staff wearing cute red santa caps while serving the crowd. Yes, like it or not, Christmas is here.

It is expected that it is going to get busier during this season. Christmas, which everyone knows as a day dedicated to giving and sharing, exercise the good spirit of, well, giving and sharing! Many part time sales personnel are hired to cope with the larger consumer demands. Business is good as people buy gifts for their loved ones. Many a times, business is made better with End- Of- Year Sales pushed to attract even more purchases. Yes, even I, a non- regular shopper had gone gaga over this crazy shopping season.

Of course, it isn't just during Christmas that people buy for others. There's also Valentine's Day, where there's a buzz for Roses and lovely little things for their partners. There's Chinese New Year where there's another crazy buzz for new clothes, new shoes... well EVERYTHING New!

And so, with a whole list of gifts to buy for fellow friends and family, I guess it's about time that I head out to do some Christmas shopping myself.

Happy holidays!
